CDW DASH – Cosmo the Chat Assistant

Within DASH, CDW’s internal site for sellers, there was a need for a faster way to access partner information without digging through dense resources. The challenge was to design a visual for the AI chat assistant that felt approachable while staying consistent with DASH’s aesthetic. I created “Cosmo,” a friendly robot mascot that serves as a recognizable guide throughout the platform. The character was digitally painted in Photoshop using custom brush techniques to give a subtle three-dimensional depth, making him feel more tangible and approachable. Mockups showcased how Cosmo integrates seamlessly into the user experience, helping build trust and clarity for users. Tools used: Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Firefly
